Whimsy
January 2020
Queen sized quilt made of 7/8" hexies.
3,270 hexies, each hand pieced then sewn together by hand, then hand quilted. No machine was used in this quilt.
Batting is bamboo/cotton blend. Top and backing is all cotton.
It has an infinity edge binding (binding is folded completely to the back so no binding shows on the front) made of the background colour.
Given as a wedding present to Riley Summerton and Sara Reddom in March 2022.
